Welcome to Camp Walden

Camp Walden is a co-ed summer camp set amongst the splendor of the Adirondack Mountains. Our pristine, spring-fed lake and over one hundred acres of beautiful property is the perfect setting for our campers to challenge themselves as they make new friends and create a lifetime of memories. During the summer, Camp Walden campers experience deep and meaningful friendships, explore new challenges and adventures, and excel in their favorite activities.

The intimate atmosphere at Camp Walden provides each child with an incredibly rich and rewarding camp experience. We offer all of the activities of a large camp, but we are purposefully small enough so that all of our staff and campers truly get to know each other. Our warm, caring, family atmosphere makes first time campers feel as welcome as campers who have been with us for years.

Our campers forge lifelong friendships. These friendships are fostered during exciting athletic, adventure, arts, waterfront, and social activities. A mature, well trained staff is the key to Walden’s caring, supportive environment.  Each staff member is carefully selected to provide high quality instruction, instill self-confidence and urge our campers to challenge themselves and support each other.
